The body, however, is us, the people of the world, a weird concoction of arms, legs, hands, digestive organs, etc. We should be connected in harmonious fashion, and yet something has happened and the flesh has been torn from the flesh. We are not working collectively well together.

Maybe we never have?

And yet this is not the end of the story, I am not without hope. I believe that unity is still possible. Perhaps Humpty Dumpty can be put together again…

How do you start your week? Do you have a routine where you look at your goals?

In our model we set goals in 6 fundamental areas.

  • Physical

  • Financial

  • Family

  • Reputational

  • Building

  • Fun

We set big scary goal in each of these areas. Extremely aspirational, stretch for the stars, type goals:

As an example mine are:

  • Fittest ever @ 50

  • $100K / Stacked Months

  • Fully Alive Dad

  • World famous work

  • 200 Strong Clients

  • Smash work/life divide

You’ll notice these goals are only 3-4 words long. They must be short. If your goals are too hard to say, write or explain then they probably won’t happen.

Get your goals short, crisp and emotional enough to get your motor running.

Anyway, every Monday I do two things:

  1. I look at these goals and I set tasks for the week that will get me moving in the direction of these goals .

  2. I ask myself who am I when I achieve these goals? And then I become that person today.

You can achieve anything you want in life but none of it happens by accident.

Dear Growth Chaser,

My late father Harold often cursed me for my optimism; he had dark veins of pessimism running thick in his blood.

Our favorite sports team was always going to lose; although with a 85% win rate they seldom did.

Good things seemed destined to fail. To dream big was to open yourself up to a world of hurt.

Hope was a dangerous thing.

And YET the spark of belief, the big dreams, the knowledge that I had within me the power to conquer metaphoric mountains, this could never be killed, it refused to die.

He could never get rid of my hope. It was unquenchable, because it is immeshed way down deep in my bones. It’s a part of my DNA. It’s in every one of my cells.

Hope. Belief. The certainty that I will live the very best life.

And so, as we stand on the cusp of a new year, in a world where many are shaking with the same dark uncertainty that my father carried for most of his life…

I am still extremely hopeful.

I am overflowing with certainty.

Every single cell in my body knows that 2025 can bring with an incredible 12-months of growth for every single one of our readers.
