So what is The Modern Day Pirates Guild?

It’s a system for whole-life wealth-building that I’ve developed, and I am now training people to use.

It is specifically for people who have to generate their own business and who value relationships deeply. I call these people Solopreneurs.

So how does it actually work?

There are five components to our model, and I will outline them very briefly here.

1. Courageous Goals - using our very specific 3-word goal system, we help you set expansive goals in every single area of your life. These goals awaken desire and put your whole life into motion.
   

2. Captivating Voice - there are so many hacks and strategies that solopreneurs are tempted to use to stand out online. Unfortunately, they are “tricks,” and they won’t really sustain you or help you grow.

   
   Our system is designed to help you create an original online footprint (see comments for references) that is extremely attractive to the kinds of people you need to grow.
   

3. Compelling Conversations - these are so critical, they are not only the lifeblood of your business but the heartbeat of your life. Without these, everything becomes cold, dry, and transactional. What are they?
   
   A compelling conversation is an interaction with another human being (online or offline) that is life-giving and impossible to forget. They always deepen the relationship, sometimes a lot, sometimes a little bit.
   
   In all your interactions, make sure that you are having these. The more compelling conversations that you have every day, the faster your business grows organically and the more fun that you have every day.
   

4. Catalytic Connections - It’s difficult to build a vibrant life if you’re surrounded by people who have stopped growing.
   
   As part of our model, we help you find and connect with 100 Catalytic Connections, people who give you energy, use your services, and tell others about you.
   
   Let’s cultivate incredible relationships with great people.
   

5. Committed CoCreators - We help our Pirates connect with 20 other influential CoCreators who have leverage and influence over the people you do business with.
   
   These are far more than referral partners; these are people who will refer you, support you, and help you without you even having to ask.
   
   Each CoCreator, on average, will generate one to two pieces of business for you each year. On rare occasions, we’ve had clients who have had one single relationship generate 18 real estate deals.

Then we teach you our models and do the work together on weekly live Zoom calls.

On these zooms, we give you specially designed AI Tools to speed up your progress and accelerate your growth.

We have two Zoom calls each week.

Mondays are “The Goals Gang”, we connect with our goals and get our actions sorted for the week.

Wednesdays are the “Crew Calls” where we transform how you interact with the world online and offline by literally starting conversations and doing the work together on Zoom.
