Perfection will kill you every single time because it stops you from “showing up” authentically, right now.
It delays action.
It inhibits connection.
It sees failure as a weakness rather than a tool for growth.
In the next 12 months, my commitment is to build really imperfect things that are built on the back of failure.
I will fail often.
I will stumble gloriously.
I will express myself with great coarseness and humanity.
I will be present for people in a way that I have never been present before.
I will be my mercurial and imperfect best.
I have never been more excited about the community that I am building for solopreneurs and Realtors.
It won’t be perfect, but it will inspire massive growth.
Because everyone (myself) included will become more alive, less afraid, more curious, and more connected than ever.
Our new Conversation Collective will be an inspired place where businesses grow and lifelong connections are forged.
I am finally ready to embrace all of my imperfections and stretch out for the life that I want.
